3. Application of Terms

3.1. These Terms apply to all orders placed on the Website. By placing an order, the Buyer accepts these Terms.
3.2. These Terms take precedence over any conflicting terms proposed by the Buyer, unless expressly agreed in writing by both parties.

4. Orders and Acceptance

5.3. Payment must be made at the time of placing the order via the payment methods provided on the Website. We reserve the right to delay dispatch until full payment is received.
5.4. The Buyer shall not withhold payment of any invoice or other amount due because of any set-off, counterclaim, abatement, or similar deduction.

6. Delivery

6.1. Delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
6.2. We aim to deliver Goods within the estimated delivery timeframe, but we are not liable for any delay in delivery, whether caused by us or a third party.
6.3. Title to the Goods will pass to the Buyer upon full payment and delivery.

7. Inspection and Acceptance of Goods

7.1. The Buyer must inspect the Goods upon receipt and notify us in writing within 48 hours of any defects, damages, or discrepancies. If no such notice is given, the Goods will be deemed accepted.
7.2. In the event of faulty or damaged Goods, we will, at our discretion, replace or refund the Goods, provided that the Buyer has complied with clause 7.1.

8. Returns and Cancellations

8.1. Orders may not be cancelled once confirmed, except with our prior written agreement.
8.2. Goods may only be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy, which can be found on the Website. Custom-made or personalised Goods are non-returnable.

9. Warranties and Liability

9.1. We warrant that the Goods supplied will conform to the description on the Website and will be of satisfactory quality.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

13.1. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
13.2. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in relation to any dispute arising under these Terms.

14. Amendments to the Terms
